I liked where it was located, easy to get to. The breakfast provided is awesome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We stay there every time we visit Warren, Pa.

Would rather have the coffee back with the breakfast food instead of in front of the hotel or if possible have it in both places

The breakfast was great and they had a lot of variety. the staff was really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed that the hotel had a pool and a fitness center. the location was also very convenient, close to many restaurants and shops.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for us. the decor seemed a bit dated and could use some updating.

The staff, from daytime and nighttime front desk to breakfast crew, to the maintenance folks who opened doors for us was fabulous, the holiday decorations beautifully done, and we were delighted to find our windshield cleared of snow come morning. Thank you. Your breakfast selection is excellent, but we had any unmet desire at all, it would be to find a type of egg (scrambled and omelet) that tastes more like real eggs. Not complaining, though, since your complimentary breakfast is head and shoulders above most and beautifully presented.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was extremely neat and clean and that makes such a difference in the quality of a stay. The breakfast and serving area was user friendly and a nice place to meet with other family members who were also staying there. The rooms were very neat and clean and had all the extras to enhance the stay. The beds were luxurious.

My main complaint would be that children 5 and under should not be allowed in the pool area late at night. I used the pool at 9 pm and there was one child (little girl about 3 or 4 years old) using the pool who was extremely loud, had all the balls in the pool (had to keep swimming around them), and was all over the place. She kept trying to throw in the pillows from the chairs and was all around the outside of the pool running and carrying on. The worst was the screaming and yelling. I thought I was going to have a relaxing swim! I don't want to deprive family time for these young children, but not all children behave and 9 pm until 10 pm should be adult swim time. Maybe even another time during the day. We do not have cable or satellite TV at home so many of the channels on the TV were difficult to decode as to what kind of channel they were (programming they carried). I didn't know how to access a description from the remote. It would be great if there was some sort of further description on the card that comes with the remote.

The hotel is located in a great area of the country with a lot to do nearby. Guests can enjoy various activities and attractions in the Warren area. the hotel staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, providing excellent service. the accommodations are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

During my recent Christmas stay, I had a great experience at a hotel located conveniently near a good selection of restaurants and attractions. to the cozy and spotless room, I enjoyed the free breakfast and the 24-hour gym provided by this hotel. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff made sure I had everything I needed.

That although there was a good nearby bus service, the hotel was a bit far from the city center and shopping areas. However, considering the peaceful and quiet setting, this could be a great advantage for some travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of a city.

From the bright and cozy rooms to the well-lit bathrooms, everything was carefully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm and professional approach truly made me feel at home. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The fresh-baked cookies and availability of coffee and tea were delightful touches that added to the overall experience.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Secondly, the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the surrounding area. The attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was situated in a great area with plenty of things to do nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
